Spa Repairs at Home

     If you are interested in having one of our Factory Authorized Spa Technicians make repairs to your hot tub or spa equipment, this is one of the places where you can order the service you desire.   From this form you will be sent to our Contact Form where you can submit as much information as you feel is necessary to explain your problem.  Please be sure to fill in the Contact Information fields as well as the Comments section of the form.  Our Service Manager will contact you to ask you any additional questions and to set up an appointment.  Thanks!

In-Field Repair Service Rates:

Minimum Charge / Tech:     $125.00 (Includes Up to One Hour Labor)
Labor Rate / Tech:             $ 22.50 / 15 Minutes ($90.00 / hour)
Spa Move Equipment:        $200.00 Truck & Dolly Fee
Spa Move Labor / Tech:      $ 22.50 / 15 Minutes ($90.00 / hour)
Sales Tax on Parts:           Per individual Nevada County tax rate
Local Travel Charges:         FREE within 15 Mile Radius of SIERRA NEVADA SPAS
Travel Charges:                 $ 22.50 / 15 Minutes of travel beyond 15 Mile Radius & back
FREE Travel Areas:            East Shore Lake Tahoe to California State Line N & S
(Grand Fathered in):          Minden, Gardnerville & Dayton 
Ordering a Service:            A current VISA or Master Card w / expiration date 
                                      (May be Required to book a Service)
Terms:                             COD (You must pay by either cash or check, no credit cards)

            NOTE:   SIERRA NEVADA SPAS does not have a Secure Socket Layer installed at this time, so please DO NOT include your credit card information on the form.  Your credit card information will be taken by the Service Manager when he calls you back to make the appointment.   Thanks!
