team of well compensated professionals.
SPA Technicians /
Delivery & Set-Up
The successful
applicants will be taught to use a forklift to load a spa
onto the Spa Dolly, how to deliver the spa to the customer's home, hook it
up to the power supply, install accessories, put the spa into service and
give the new owner an orientation.
As a
successful applicant you will be taught
to diagnose faulty solid state circuitry, electro-mechanical
controls, pumps, heating & plumbing systems and how to successfully repair
or replace the faulty systems and components. Our Technician's Service
vehicles carry all the commonly needed parts on board so Techs have the
satisfaction of helping many customers each day while driving through some
of our countries must beautiful scenery.
Successful applicants
will possess good people skills, be punctual, be computer literate, be good
with paperwork and basic math and the use of a hand held calculator.
Successful applicants will require their own basic hand tools; an electric
screwdriver, Amp & Voltage testing meters, tool box, etc. Successful
applicants will be clean cut and have good hygiene and be neat and orderly
in their work habits and keep their personal service vehicle clean and
organized.
Successful applicants
will be required to pass a drug screening and a physical so as to become US
DOT certified drivers and to attend safety and
educational events the company provides at no cost to the Technician.
SNS supplies
successful applicants with a new personal service vehicle, two way radio and
cell phone, credit card and all the repair parts, service forms, etc. and
instant support in solving those mind boggling problems encountered from
time to time, so while our Techs spend most of their time in the field they
have the full support of other SNS techs, their service manager(s),
their parts suppliers as well as from the equipment manufacturers
themselves. Our Techs travel to factory training at company expense and
learn valuable skills that can be used for years to come.
Billiard Mechanics / Delivery & Set-Up
Our service Techs
also have the opportunity to train as billiard Mechanics and learn skills in
one of our country’s fastest growing home entertainment fields, the
Home
Game Room Industry.
As a member of our
Service Department you will be enrolled in our HMO insurance program after
90 days of employment and your monthly premium will be paid by Sierra Nevada
SPAS & BILLIARDS. This is in addition to Worker’s Compensation Insurance
and our HMO covers your health insurance, dental
insurance, prescription card and vision insurance. You pay a small co-pay
of $20.00 per doctor’s visit and a portion of a prescription, etc.
Also after 90 days
you will be enrolled in our Sales Commission Program that
pays you a share of what you sell to customer's in the
filed. The base wage
begins @ $ 31,200.00 and based on the experience you bring
with you, but as you grow in your skills so will your take home pay grow.

Sales Associates
As a successful
Sales applicant you will
be taught to open a
conversation with a shopper, to ask the correct
questions so as to learn what your shopper truly desires, to discuss the
options available and to show the products that best fit your shopper's
needs. Because you have the opportunity to represent the most
successful brands on the market today you will find it easy to show your
shopper the obvious advantages of our products when compared to the others
available. You will be taught the pros and cons of our products as
well as those of our competitors and with this knowledge you will be
able to build a compelling case as to why Sierra Nevada SPAS & BILLIARDS
offers the best value for your shopper. You will be taught how to help
your buyer select from the options available, how to make sure the spa or
pool table will fit properly into the buyer's designated space and how to
plan and set-up the delivery of the selected products. You will be
taught how to help your purchaser with financing options and explain special
programs so that your purchaser gets the best deal available at the time.
And yes, you will be taught to say "yes" when you purchaser asks you if they
can buy it today!
Our Sales Associates are educators and
enablers and don't have to resort to bate and switch techniques, one time
offers or high pressure techniques used elsewhere. The more your
purchaser knows about our products and our company, the more likely they
will be to make their purchase here. Our Sales Associates sleep a
night knowing that the products they have sold are the finest on the market
and the the service their buyer will receive over the years is second to
none.

rate. Successful applicants will be expected to train for success and
to attend the educational programs our company offers so as to keep abreast
of the latest developments and advances. Successful applicants
will be clean cut and have good hygiene and be neat and orderly in their
work habits and keep their showrooms, offices and
customer accessible areas clean and well organized.
As a member of our Professional Sales Team
you will be enrolled in our HMO insurance program after 90 days of
employment and your monthly premium will be paid by Sierra Nevada SPAS &
BILLIARDS. This is in addition to Worker’s Compensation Insurance and our HMO
